A life coach works with you to help you get clear on what you want, understand what’s getting in the way, and take meaningful steps towards the life you’re building. It’s not advice-giving or telling you what to do — it’s a structured, supported space where you do the thinking, and I help you go deeper than you would alone.

For me specifically, that work centres on ambitious mothers — helping you understand who you’ve become since having children, and building a life and career that actually fits that person.

Therapy typically focuses on the past — understanding and healing experiences that have shaped you. Coaching focuses on the present and future — where you are now, where you want to go, and what’s stopping you from getting there. I’m not a therapist and I don’t work with trauma or mental health conditions. What I do is work with women who are fundamentally well but feeling stuck, unclear, or ready for something more.
If you’re an ambitious mother who feels like something needs to shift — in your career, your sense of identity, or simply the way you’re living day to day — coaching is probably worth exploring. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we speak. In fact, not having it figured out is usually exactly the right place to start.
Sessions take place online, one to one, and typically last 90 minutes. Every session is led by what’s most relevant to you at that point — there’s no rigid agenda. What there is is a safe, confidential space where you can think out loud, be honest, and work through what’s really going on. Most clients leave a session feeling clearer than when they arrived.
That depends on what you’re working on and what feels right for you. Some people come for a focused block of sessions around a specific challenge. Others work with me on an ongoing basis as their lives and goals evolve. We’ll talk about what makes sense for your situation before you commit to anything.
My pricing is outlined on the Work With Me page. If you have specific questions about investment or want to talk through what would work for your circumstances, the best thing to do is book a discovery call — it’s free, there’s no obligation, and it’s a chance for us both to see if we’re the right fit.
Sessions are monthly, and we’ll find a time that works around your life. Beyond that, coaching isn’t about adding more to your plate — it’s about helping you get clearer on what’s already on it. Many of the women I work with are stretched for time. That’s often exactly why they’re here.
Honestly? Waiting until you feel ready is one of the most common ways we stay exactly where we are. If you’re asking the question, something in you is already looking for more. You don’t need to be in crisis to work with a coach, and you don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need to be open to the conversation. That’s what the discovery call is for.
Completely. Everything discussed in our sessions stays between us. Confidentiality is the foundation of the work — you won’t be able to show up fully unless you know that what you share is safe. The only exceptions are the standard legal and ethical obligations that apply to all coaching relationships, which I’m happy to talk through if you’d like.

Book a free discovery call. It’s a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we can talk about what’s going on for you, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like the right fit. If it does, we’ll talk about next steps. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too — you’ll still leave the call with more clarity than you arrived with.
